Cozy Nights and Korean Feasts: A Hot Tent Adventure

Honey Pie and I are back, braving the crisp fall weather with another hot tent camping adventure! This time, setting up was a breeze thanks to my new POMOLY chimney – a game-changer for efficient ventilation in the hot tent.

Lunchtime called for comfort food classics – a steaming bowl of tomato soup paired with a perfectly grilled cheese for me, and a juicy steak for my furry companion. As the days grow shorter, we took advantage of the afternoon sunlight for a walk near the campsite. Our exploration led us to a peaceful river and a charmingly meandering fence – a perfect scene for some fall snapshots.

Back at camp, we prepped for a cozy evening in. Dinner took a Korean twist, featuring a delightful Gimbap appetizer (Korean seaweed rice rolls) followed by a steaming pot of pre-made Gamja-tang soup with kimchi. This spicy and hearty stew was the perfect way to ward off the autumn chill and create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the hot tent.

Curled up with Honey Pie by my side, the crackling fire adding a touch of ambiance, this hot tent camping trip was all about relaxation and enjoying delicious food in the great outdoors. Stay tuned for more adventures to come!
